This company has been a real blessing in my life! I started a few years ago with an urgent need for a deep cleaning. The owner is an exceptional communicator! She is very organized and truly listens to what the customer needs. I'm a busy professional raising a family and eventually decided to ask for a monthly service. Never did she treat me as unimportant before I decided to budget to use her service monthly. She is flexible and goes out if her way to accommodate the needs of the customer and her prices are very reasonable! I've read a few of the negative reviews and I just want to say that this is a people service and she can't always control what an individual employee may choose to do but I guarantee if you communicate with the owner, she will do whatever it takes to make it right. Isn't that what we all appreciate? I have had several different housekeepers from her business come and they have always been professional and they work hard. If they miss something, just ask them to fix it, they will be happy to do so. Let's face it housework iis hard work and thankless. Finding a quality company who is accommodating and personable and communicates well is a great find in a time when most people just don't care! Itzy's cleaning has been a great support system to me and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy and dependable cleaning service!!!

I discovered Itzy's through HomeAdvisor and soon realized that this company is top notch! I called in to schedule a move out cleaning for a rental property, and the owner Luerene was able to accommodate a weekend cleaning. They were courteous, prompt and professional through the entire process. They provided an extremely thorough cleaning of the property with very reasonable rates for services. Additionally, they have an additional carpet cleaning service that was great as well. Luerene and Tara were absolutely the best and I highly recommend using Itzy's for your next home cleaning.

today was my first cleaning w/itzzy's cleaning. luerene and her daughter were on time. very concerned that all what i wanted cleaned was shown to them. I have had other cleaning companies and so far (even tho this is the first cleaning) they did a fantastic job. luerene called me back within 10 mins of my inquiry. my home smells very clean. they brought their own products to clean and asked if i wanted then to use theirs or mine. they did take their time to make sure everything was done to my standards, and trust me they are high standards. so thank you luerene and tara. i will so be calling you back to schedule reg cleaning.

Itzy's was able to fit me in on short notice. Very nice staff person arrived on time. She was efficient, courteous and available to stay longer if needed. She followed my instructions for cleaning only certain rooms. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that she missed two areas I had requested to be cleaned. But we all can make small mistakes, so no big deal, no worries. Overall a great job and good value. Will plan to call them again!

My wife and I both have demanding careers, and have little or no time for cleaning. We recently decided to hire someone to do the cleaning for us. From the moment I met Luerene and her daughter you could tell by the excitement in their voice that they took pride in their work. They did an excellent job! The whole house looked and smelled great. It was nice after a day at work to come home to a clean house. We have already scheduled our future biweekly cleanings. Couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend!

I was trying to get get an apartment cleaned and had been turned down by a previous cleaning company after the cleaners saw what terrible condition the apartment was in. Itzy took on the monumental task and her two wonderful cleaners did a fantastic job. I am so grateful that this very difficult job was so well done. I highly recommend Itzy’s Cleaning Services!!!

Very pleasant experience! Even though I was rushed and there was a lot to accomplish these two ladies did a great job. Luerene even helped me with organizing tips to help me reduce clutter. Itzy's Cleaning Service strength is they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied! I will use them again and have already scheduled them to clean my Mom's home.

Itzy and her team came through for me in the ninth hour when my last service provider fell through at the last minute! I am so grateful for her and her team for doing an excellent job; not only in cleaning my apartment, but they were also kind, courteous, and professional! God led me to Itzy Cleaning Services and I was truly pleased! 😃

OUTSTANDING..EXCELLENT...THESE LADIES DO MIRACULOUS WORK. Who knew super models would know how to bust dirt like these ladies did. I was so pleased when they had finished I wanted to give them a hug. They did a great job! Luerene and team actually spent a little extra time finishing up the job. I initially hired them to do a one time deep house cleaning and was so satisfied that I've already scheduled them to come back at the end of the month. I intend to use them regularly..

Arrived on time! Very professional & even called me back to be sure I was happy with the job. They walked through with me to be sure I was happy with what they had done. They cleaned my oven & asked me to come look at it & said there were things that would not come off. Awesome job!

We hired Itzy's for a one time deep clean when we bought our house. They showed up on time, were very fast, very friendly, and did an amazing job. The price was incredibly affordable too. We will not hesitate to call Itzy's in the future. Very pleased.

I had an empty home that needed to be cleaned in order to sell it. They finished over 1500 sq ft in around 3 hours and the price was very reasonable. They also did a good enough job I won't need to do anything else to sell. Great job.

Extremely accommodating and very concerned with doing whatever it takes to make you very happy with their results. The ladies were very nice and worked diligently for hours cleaning a house in early August with no air conditioning.

We used them twice during a move out and we're very happy. Not only did they do a great job cleaning, but they managed same day service before (Christmas) and were so accommodating while we were out of state during the last clean up.
